Eligible products and services

Refunds apply to digital courses, templates, newsletter upgrades, and coaching/consulting within 30 days. Custom work follows the terms in your agreement.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. We respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Processing timelines

  • Credit card: 3–5 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days

What’s covered

  • Product doesn’t meet expectations
  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Duplicate purchases or billing errors

Exceptions

  • Requests after the 30-day window
  • Services fully consumed or completed
  • Custom work already delivered
  • Digital products heavily accessed or downloaded

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are only provided within the initial 30-day guarantee.
