Programs include a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated. Custom engagements follow the terms in your agreement.

Intellectual property

All content, templates, and materials provided by Leadism remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them for your business purposes only.

User content

You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide services.

Prohibited conduct

• Reverse-engineering or reselling our products
• Using the services for unlawful or harmful activities

Limitation of liability

Leadism is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the past 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Leadism harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
